Roof Replacement Service

Is your roof looking a little old and worn? Are you noticing leaks, cracked shingles, dark streaks or moss growing? These are all signs that it’s time for a new roof.

And let us say right up front, a roof replacement is not something to take lightly. Of all major home repairs, this is one of the most important. When your roof begins to fail, it can lead to costly repairs down the line, causing a need to replace attic insulation, floor joists, and even parts of that new kitchen remodel.

How We Work

We make our roof replacement service efficient and easy to understand. Here are the steps we follow:

Step 1: Roof Inspection

We’ll take a look at your roof to get a clear understanding of the shape it’s in. We’ll then provide you with photos and a detailed report on our findings.

Step 2: Develop A Plan

Once we’ve discussed our findings with you, our team of certified experts will begin working on your new roof replacement plan. At this point you can select your new roofing materials, colors and extra features. If you’re not sure what materials to use, we can guide your decision. At this time, we’ll also provide you with a quote for your roof replacement.

Step 3: Remove Current Roof

We’ll carefully remove your old roofing materials.

Step 4: Install Moisture Barriers

Once we remove the old roof and ensure the underlying structure looks good, we begin to install the underlayment. This acts as a moisture defense system against snow and rain.

Step 5: Place the Roofing Material

We’ll diligently install the new roofing materials of your choice.

Step 6: Clean Up

Once our work is complete, we will painstakingly clean up your property, making sure no debris is left behind.
