We needed extensive work, including new sub roof on this project! The work was excellent, professional, and done in a great time frame. Afterward everything was cleaned up and we didn't find a nail or debris anywhere! Highly recommend!

Arrow Roofing and Exteriors is top-notch! Ric is very professional and very knowledgeable. They built a large covered patio for me at my home, and I couldn't be happier! They've also done some roofing for me and even replaced flooring at my client's property, which came out beautifully. I highly recommend them for any of your contractor needs!!

When I was looking to replace my roof. I ran into all the roofing companies that were listed. I had a few of them come by. It's not just shopping for a roof. As a customer it's looking for a company that is trustworthy and reliable. After talking with Rick he reassured an excellent job. As the project developed he answered all my questions and showed the replacement work as well as the new add on's. He also went as far as helping me decide colors. Going by our discussions he was able to find colors tones that work beautifully for my home.Thank you Rick that was helpful.
The Arrow crew was awesome! Great bunch. They cleaned everything and left no nails behind. The job was done as scheduled.
I'm glad I picked Arrow Roofers. I'm also glad to tell others about what a good pick this would be.
Thank you Rick.

Easiest house upgrade we've ever had. Michael was amazing. He quickly replied to any messages when we had questions. They gave us 3 bids, good, better, best as far as shingles go, and let us know about a 20-30% discount on our home insurance with the new hearty shingles Their prices were very affordable! They were on time, and completed our roof in 1 day. It looks beautiful! I would highly, highly recommend this company!

I know Becca and Arrow Roofing through our professional community at Office Evolution Broomfield. While I have not hired them personally, I have watched how they operate with their clients and vendors. Becca communicates clearly, sets expectations up front, and follows through. The team shows up prepared, keeps safety and cleanliness top of mind, and treats people with respect. I regularly hear positive comments from their customers about responsiveness, honest scopes, and tidy job sites. Based on what I have seen and heard, Arrow Roofing is a company you can trust to do the work right and stand behind it. Five stars.

Arrow roofing is definitely a top notch roofing company, and my go to for all of my roofing needs. I’ve used them on all of my properties. They are the first call I make when any of my clients need a roof repair or replacement. They are fast, efficient, and extremely fairly priced. The customer service provided is second to none. They held my hand through the entire process, as well as did all of the legwork with my insurance company. They even came out and met the adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. Highly recommended!

These folks get a Five Star from me for a few different reasons. First is the initial conversations were down to earth and easy, no hassel. Ric Ortiz, our liaison with Arrow Roofing worked with us, took ownership of the interactions with our Insurance folks. He also took point of getting the proper Solar Installers to remove our panels etcetera and put them back on after the roofing was done. Knowing I had a pro taking care of all that made the encounters very peaceful. Arrow was patient with the payment process as our Insurance company and our Mortgage Company had a hard time getting the checks properly endoresed so Arrow could get paid.
The icing on the cake was that we had an old Swamp Cooler on the roof that we had intended to remove knowing we would need to put new sheeting in etcetera. Ric and his team baked that all into the contract and now our roof line looks far less messy.
We also had this project happen as Fall approached and we had many different times we had to reschedule, everyone in the loop was patient and the rescheduling etcetera was easy and graceful. We all had the teams best interest at heart, NO ONE GETS HURT doing this job!!! I appreciated his and Arrow's compassion for their techs doing the work.
So to wrap this up, I most certainly would do business with Arrow and Ric again AND I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Nothing hidden, everything up front and when something did need to pivot or change, it was for the better and fully disclosed. No Surprises.

Discovering a leak from your roof on a Saturday afternoon while you’re playing video games is NEVER the move… However, Arrow Roofing & Exteriors put my mind at ease. They answered right away on a Saturday afternoon, I got my appt. set up so quickly. Mark came out to take an initial look and discussed options with me, he had a crew out to fix the area of concern in a timely manner. This all happened within a week’s time! Arrow Roofing blew my expectations out of the water. 10/10 recommend!

It is my pleasure and honor to write this FIVE STAR review for Ric Ortiz owner and operator of Arrow Roofing and Exteriors Broomfield!!!
First, we live in Littleton, so Ric and his TEAM literally go the extra mile to service the entire Denver metro area. Arrow replaced our roof, gutters, windows, fence and painted our entire house!!! Ric and his TEAM were extremely careful professionals and made sure no details or agreed upon work were missed. His TEAM'S work was 10 STARS, and l am NOT an easy person to impress, because I watch every detail myself. Our insurance company was beyond difficult to work with, so Ric jumped in and acted on our behalf as a public adjuster, but without us having to hire or work with another person. I would HIGHLY recommend Arrow Roofing and Exteriors!!!!!! I told Ric I am happy to be a reference for anyone that would like to speak with me about the quality of their work!!!
STOP and call them now for a quote, because vou will be VERY GLAD that you did!!! Again, I am happy to talk to any and all people so you can talk to an actual customer.

If you’re searching for a roofing company that’s dependable, skilled, and genuinely cares about their customers, Rick with Arrow Roofing is the one to trust. They’re not just roofing professionals—they’re experts who take pride in turning your vision into reality. Don’t hesitate; you’ll be thrilled with the results!

We needed to have our 56-year-old-house repainted again after at least 10 years. This time we decided on Arrow Roofing and Exteriors to do the job and we are so glad we did. Ron Rounds and Mario were superb. We were impressed with how diligent they were to every detail. They carefully searched for areas that needed special attention and fixed them. The house looks like new!! I would rate their work a six, if that was possible.

Mark, at Arrow Roofing and Exteriors was professional, prompt and honest about what to expect with My insurance claim. He went above and beyond what should have been expected from any roofing company. Mark battled with my insurance company tooth and nail to get All of my roof (including ALL the decking replaced) under my policy. I'm in the remodeling industry and I've honestly never seen better work. Everything was on time as promised, his crew was friendly and professional and in contact. I highly recommend Mark for any and all roofing needs.

Arrow has been nothing more than amazing.
We were selling our house and needed a new roof STAT. We spoke to them and they dispatched a drone to check out our roof damage.
Rick worked seamlessly with our insurance company to review his findings and Becca coordinated with everyone.
Once approved by insurance, the new roof was completed within a couple of days.
Our roof looks incredible!!

They were really amazing. We needed to put our house on the market quickly, and wanted a new roof before showings started. I spoke to Ric and Becca at Arrow and they immediately had a drone fly over and then someone come over as well. Ric was happy to work with our insurance company to walk around the roof and point out what he found, and Becca has been more than helpful in getting us, the new buyers and the insurance company everything we needed for their purchase and our sale. Once we said please complete the job it happened within a few days! The roof looks incredible too.
