In addition, he will personally meet the insurance appraiser onsite to ensure you receive every penny owed from the insurance company often including additional items ie. screen replacements and gutters. FANTASTIC! That is about the only word I can use to describe my experience with Arrow Roofing. I’m in the real estate community and am excited to refer Arrow anytime someone needs anything having to do with a roof. They don’t match the storm chaser stereotype at all. They are professional, responsive, and honest about options. Arrow roofing did a fantastic job on a client’s roof.  I am a real estate agent and needed to help my client get a reasonably priced roof installed prior to a closing with a quick turnaround.  They over-performed and over-delivered.  I am super impressed and will be recommending them for future clients in need of a roof.  Most other roofers wanted double what they charged.  I did not feel like they skimped on quality either.  Their communication was impeccable, they handled permitting, cleanup, and everything in between.  Thank you guys.

I worked with Arrow after my home was hit by a pretty vicious hail storm. From the beginning Ric, Jason, and Caleb were at my home when they said they would come. In addition, I echo the same comments made by other reviews, “they assisted with the inspection” and actually made it very easy for the adjuster in my opinion. They did every part of the repairs starting with the roof (which was installed in 2 days), next they helped  repair the siding + trim along with repairs that weren’t part of the original claim. Ric went the extra mile to explain in detail what I was paying for and what will happen along the way.

Again I echo what others have said, “the constant communication” with me was AMAZING!! I will recommend Arrow to anyone that has an insurance claim, and wants to just deal with one company. They are local to CO, smaller company, no way are they like the storm chasers we had after the storm. If you want your job done right + support local businesses + not have to deal with hassles that come with large roofing companies contact them. I can’t thank Ric, Jason, Caleb and crew enough. My wife is super happy, and we all know what that means… I am very happy.

We needed a new roof on the home we were selling and we needed it as soon as possible.  I called Arrow and they were so helpful and able to get us onto their schedule quickly.  I was in contact with Ric and Jason who patiently answered all my questions and  were always quick to respond to a phone call or email.  When the crew show up they were all polite and considerate.  They quickly removed our old roof and installed a beautiful new one.  But what was so impressive was how well they cleaned up.  Roofing is a messy job with a lot of debris but you would never know it because the Arrow roofing crew left our yard looking better then it did before they started.  If you’re looking for good, trustworthy people to work with who will treat your home like their own, then call Arrow.
